I have read many times here on how Google hates session IDs - yet it is starting to crawl dynamic websites better.
So would Googlebot have a problem with a dynamic webpage that had multiple variables eg = signs? - where does Google get put off - by the long alphanumeric id of a session ID or by the multiple =?
