I just wanted to get some quick thoughts on how dense is too dense? i have pages with 3 word phrases that i'm targeting. no one word is over 10%, but the trio can sometimes get right up to about 30% kw density.

i'm not trying to be spammy, but i am trying to be as descriptive as possible, because a lot of my visitors to this particular site aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer (neither am i though, so it's a wash).

anyway; i'm wondering what your thoughts are on kw density. i've been like a lone ranger for years, not realizing that this site (read: braintrust) was available. i figure it's time for me to stop acting like a cowboy, and start tapping into 'the system' that is webmaster world.

thanks in advance. i've learned a lot here, and i'm hoping that any thread that i start will benefit other webmasters as well.

Hi nat

I just did a search on "Keyword density" via the forum search. It gives back some good results.

I am having few sites whcih are doing well in G and other SEs.Though it is not strictly related to KWD, I wud like to ask you whether it is the best way to keep one keyword as title or morethan one keyword which we are targeting.

thanks in advance.

Don't take my word on this, but I believe including your main keyword twice in the heading, along with some secondary ones is good. It is however important to have the title readable by humans and not just a string of keywords.
