Faster pickup by Google with (1) high PR site vs (2) no PR new site...

After a ton of posts, I had to create a new account because I was having problems... so, my question...

We've usually experienced approximately 2 - 9 days for our new sites to be picked up by Google... we'd link to them from a high PR site and they'd go quickly... now, it SEEMS like we can link like this:

High PR site --> New site 01 --> New site 02

And with New site 01 being fresh crawled daily, New site 02 is being picked up immediately...

Anyone else seeing this and would you all agree that you can just use the new fresh-botted site to link to another new one and have that second get picked up quickly?

If so, then the first site must be a lot higher ranked than anything that I have access to....

I agree RockinGoodNewsPeanut; I can see from a couple of days ago, Googlebot crawling four fresh URLs deep in one day from a PR5 page. All are listed now.

This time last week, I saw the bot follow three links deep into fresh URLs from a page that has had no PageRank since January. All are listed now.

I recently figured out how to get a new site spidered (almost in full - load of pages) and listed in google within 3 days. All that with no PR at all. Is that something special, or is it a normal thing since the recent google changes?

Quite normal but bear in mind the pages wont stay in the index for long without some inbound links appearing.

I've been doing it for 2 months now and the hits from google never drop, they raise by about 30% each month. I'm loving this

I'll agree with mayday9 on this one 3 new sites in the last week all fully spidered and staying in but definately a couple of ways to get it fully spidered instead of just the first level found this 0ut quite by accident.

A handful of you have mentioned you have one or more methods to get Google to deeply, if not fully, spider your new sites quite quickly.

Would some of you be so kind as to explain what you're doing?

What is/are your method(s)? If it's not a "super secret trade secret" kind of thing nobody else knows, of course.

It's not a secret just all new pages always linked to index page, never more than anything 2 clicks away from front page.
My index pages always have a ugly box at the bottom out of view with new pages and they get included and stay there.
Newest site is affiliate site with Table of Contents at the bottom alphabetical index, a to z 26 different links of the home page, all products are listed under the alphabetical first letter not necessarily the category they should be in, but google picked up all 400 plus pages on the first run thru and they are still up a month later.

I guess this makes having a links page on the high pr site and a site map on your new site even more important. This will help auto-manage googlebot's crawling?....No?
