One Article licenced as content to three portals: is this critical?

Hi,

I started writing articles, which are (going to be) published on ca. three different portals.
On two of them, one article will be published complete on one html.
On another, one articles will be split in two or three htmls.
Additionally I would like to have an archive on my own site.

Is this critical, would this be seen as Spam?

It usually isn't a problem, because most sites have enough additional content on the page to offset this (ie. navigational links, headers, footers). But there are always exceptions to the rule.
