I had to switch IP's, go on a new server about a week ago. Googlebot has been all over the old IP but has not visited my site on new IP (listed well in Google fo a long time).
I have no content on old IP because server fried. Am I in trouble? Googlebot keeps going to old IP as of today.

You should be OK when Google updates their DNS cache and becomes aware of the new IP for your site.
Not sure how long this takes, someone else may have that info.

thanks, Yeah would like to know how long on that. I have important keywords slipping down a bit. It's starting to hurt.

Thoughts I have from my question above. I have a couple 1,000 keywords listed well with google.com. Since my new IP change would my current keyword listings in google.com only be affected by other sites coming in play with the keywords? Or could all my keywords just drop out until google.com updates DNS?

Ok new IP shows Googlebot/2.1 has been there yesterday. On old IP it's as +http://www.googlebot.com/bot.html and keeps coming.
