Which url is better

friendly url

Dear sir,

I am thinking about two types of url
One: mysite/product/112/
second: mysite/product/112/productname/

Will the second url better than first url because second url have product name of the url?

There are those that belive that keywords in the url help so I would go with
mysite/product/112/productname/
or
mysite/product/112/product-name/
or
mysite/product-name/
