Whcih page to submit for translated sites

Do we submit the translated or the english page?

Hello all,

We are translating our site and I had a question about which page to submit. Is it best to submit language specifc main page to country specific search engines or to submit the english speaking home page and let google sort it out?.

I'd think it would be better to submit the translated page to the appropriate sites but was concerned that it might cause some sort of penalty.

Submit them all. Duplicate content does not mean different languages.
