I was under the impression that google did not handle session id's very well. Timed out and so forth. Reading through the posts I noticed people mention that G was getting better at this.

Today while checking a couple of keywords I noticed this URL on a first page.

***d.com/cd/ov/prod/ 0,1467,2_17273_17280_18042_81621_60068_,00.html?sid=4423038919888186060

Is this unusual? It is pretty large.

That is pretty large. But take a look at this:

***.com/nph-proxy.cgi/011110A/ 687474702f7777772e7072696d65776f726c642e636f6d2f636174616c6f672f6465746

there are 46,000 urls in the index just like that, and they're all bogus pages.

Wow - the site you mentioned has 109,000 pages in the index.
