I see a few posts saying the google dance is over this month, does that mean if my new updates havent come back they wont for a month?

I have suffered from my page falling out of google a few days ago after being crawled and updated in the serps but guess its another month of waiting again then?

from a whole site indexed with top rankings for two days to my old index page only being listed with information from the end of april as the description :(
