Highlight PR penalty

Display PR penalty on Cache Version

Could Google add some kind of highlight to the cached version when a PR penalty is found by the algo.

It would be alot easier for website designers to say in this forum,
"My H1 is highlighted on the cache version. Its of color #ffffff on background #ffff0f. Is this a problem"

or,
"Some of my links are highlighted, why" with an answer being "Click them to check they direct to the correct URL"

Would this be easy to apply?

Would be a nice suggestion - if technically feasible - for those that allow caching.

Highlighting a possible reason for a penalty could help the innocent
and be missused by the over-ambitious..

Give us a checkable rule and we (I) will challenge it - so to say.
