Alias Domain Names

I think that i have a problem but im not 100% sure, well here goes: i have a website with a alias domain name which redirects to the website, the problem is that the alias domain name is being listed in google and my main domain is droping in ranking. is there anything i can do or should it be ok?

tech details. How is it "aliased"? (which can mean a dozen different things)

I have a reseller account and the domain names are in the control panel, you can just add a domain name and alias to any of the websites i have in my control panel.
