Ynet is a major news site in Israel. Searching for Ynet on Google returned a section in Ynet called "Ynet - America". It is intended for Israelis living abroad. Here in Israel, there is no link to this section from any menu on the site I could have detected. It's probably only available to people surfing from outside of Isreal. Ynet probably detects IP's and doesn't show the link to people from Israel. Google is from the USA so it can see it, which raises four questions:
1. What does Google see that others can't?
2. What does Google miss, scanning only from the USA?
3. How do SEO's and Webmasters benifit from knowing that Google scan their sites only from the USA?
4. How can non-Google SE's benifit from knowing it?
Any ideas?
