How often do you upgrade your site?

In order to get a good rank in google, how often do you upgrade your site? and also, do you change your meta tag content or you will leave it as it was settled initially?

Yes, always adding and tweaking, deleting content etc

Meta changes, go hand in hand with content changes, the title tag especially.

But don't be to quick to make changes or you will never know what works and what doesn't
