I spent three months working on getting quality information and resources for my customers and my visitors. Each resource was examined carefully for quality of site and ok for its PR.

Next step is to try to convince this group of resources to place a link on their site back to our site.

My question is this:

How long before Google recognizes our resource directory. And should I really care?

We are ranked #2 on most of our key words. So should I care. Our PR for home page is 5, but for the resource page, we have a grey bar. Is this bad.

Is there any other text on the page or is it all link text?

The first page is just main catagories (just links), then the second page is sub catagories(just links) and then the last page has a list of links with full description and images from the site linked.

I can certainly add text to each catagory page, but I hate to mess with the ease of navagation.
I worked very hard to make it look nice and clean, emphasising ease of navagation.
