It's not clear what your question is.

Are you trying to say that google isn't indexing your whole site and you wonder why?

Yes. Google indexed my main page and stoped.
My URL's has names as:
[mysite.com...]

Could someone who knows more than I do help out here? I think the problem might have something to do with the session ID, but I'm not knowledgeable enough about this.

google's known to have problems with them.
i removed a set on a site and google indexed it afterwards.
i just didn't start a session if google was the useragent.
i don't think that's cloaking as google and a browser see the same thing, just google can't log in, which it shouldnt' do in any case.
