Actually, all I have to do is check my online bank balance....new update made my credit card deposits tank!
Starting this am, when checking the "dance" and hitting their Recheck button, my site will appear 60% of the time, either on www2 or www3 database.
This is a new development-I watch this kw combination very closely....is anyone else experiencing this?
A plea to the WW community:
Please, no hyperlinks to "freshbot" info- I know the difference, and this IS something new.....
I would really like to hear more about these sudden changes that do not reflect at all what www-sj, www2, or www3 has looked like for 2 weeks. If we were just seeing the www-sj data showing up on all datacenters, then why did I disappear the very second that happened. Clearly, it wasn't just the data lining up, some other factor occurred at the same time or I'd still be where I was.
Another odd thing is that I still maintained #1 for my other keywords with my homepage, but for this keyword I disappeared from I went from #2 to #170, and even that sad position was an internal page. Homepage not found for that keyword. Yet, I am #2 in google directory for that keyword, PR6, 650 backlinks in google's new backlink figures...and all those factors are much higher in all respects than my competitors. Clean site, so no ban, and showing up well for all other keywords. If anyone else is experiencing anything similar, you are not alone. And it would help me to know if you had experienced this for a few hours then recovered...would make me feel optimistic.
My home page, formerly MIA, has just returned to all nine datacenters, including www, www2, and www3.
Me too. In fact, my front page has been gone (buried in the "other results from mydomain.com" link) since the last (botched) deep crawl data hit the index about a month before the recent unpleasantness. It's very nice to have it back.
