If you type in a search in www.google.com, it just sits there and does not do a thing. This is the first time I remember Google being down.

If you go to www2.google.com or www3.google.com, it works fine.

Tried again, and it is working now.

I tried a few times before and it was not working - maybe it was some kind of glitch in my neck of the woods.

A-OK for me, except that Ms._Clean here (yours truly) is still trying to figure out how she can have a PR0 site.

ROFL Marcia. ;) As for Mr. Clean here, my PR went up to 6 for the home page. Unfortunately though, the inbound anchor text is MIA, which knocked me down to page 2 on the most important SERP. As for your PR0, are you still coming up high for the usual keywords/keyphrases? I'm seeing *lots* of inexplicable PR0/gray toolbar on clean sites that should have high PR. Methinks the toolbar display does not always tell the truth.

Marcia, I so wouldn't worry about it. :)

GG, you need one of those little locked down threads for your very own.

In it you could put your own top 20 most repeated answers/comments/suggestions.

Then you could power cruise the various threads and only need to do a copy/paste of the url for the GG Top 20 thread, with a note that says (See # ___)

You'd probably be able to increase your response ability by a factor of 12-22 8^)

Maybe I could write a GoogleGuyBot to search for common questions and answer them. :)

Now I do believe GG knows something we don't. That one comment alone "cryptic" as always speaks volumes of things to come. You've given me hope again :)

GoogleGuyBot could be based on the Adwords display code:

Parse new WW posts.

If trigger word = PR0, 'Grey bar' or 'pagerank' then autoresponder reply:

"<WebMasterworld member name>, I so wouldn't worry about it. :)"

: )

Thanks and keep up the great work GG!

I have a big client with a clean site and a number of PR0 pages. The pages are still coming up in the SERPs, so I'm not going to sweat it (yet). I had to put link exchange requests on hold for now, though, as their links page has a PR0.
