Any Expired Domains Back in Google?

Has anyone noticed if any of their expired domains that may have fallen due to the google ban , back in the index yet?
Mine is still fresbotted every other day but does not come up in results for google.
Any others have experiences they wish to share?

There is one I got a long while ago. Was fresh listed, and then started gaining in bound links, etc.

Then it ran afoul of I can only guess the 'expired domain filter' which caused it the dreaded pr 0 :)

It still gets spidered, but no pagerank, and no google traffic. A little disappointing really, but if it makes their index that much better - I guess I can't complain.

Though I do wish that vaunted 'filter' was a bit better - they seem to have had some collateral damage mixed in with some spammy stuff that didn't get nuked.
