Backwards Links - Showing Below PR4

Showing links for sites below PR4 - New?

Link:domain.com now seems to be showing backwards links where domain.com is less than PR4. i.e. you get to see the backlinks for PR0,1,2 and 3 sites.

It still only shows backlinks which are PR4+, but I seem to remember that link:domain.com never produced any results for sites that were below PR4 regardless of whether they had PR4 backlinks or not.

Can others confirm that they see this, and is it new?

The backwards links seem somewhat volatile right now. One minute there are backwards links to a site and a few minutes later they are gone. I did find that a few of our sites that have pr of 4 or less are now showing backwards links....maybe Google is making some changes....
