1. Why is it that -sj results are being shown live when the spam filters are not added and -sj contains dead sites etc..

Though nobody here knows for sure, my best guess is that they had issues with the April crawl and simply do not HAVE the data to add.

GoogleGuy has been saying that, for some reason, it will take weeks to add recent backlinks.
