you mean the mouseOver that doesn't show the destination url? Been that way for a while.

Or something else?

That's been in there since 2000, at least. :) It seemed cleaner to show the visible url that the advertiser submits rather than a really long redirect url. But you can right click and copy the link location for any ad to see the full url.
