If I have a site 'www.abc.com', and I place it on a high pagerank site with a tracking url, 'www.abc.com?track=myad', will Googlebot consider this to be the same URL and consider this new link as referring to my main site or will it get confused and not give me the appropriate "rise in stature"?

Thanks.

If the link goes to your site, you will get the PageRank transfered. However, if there is a redirect, you might not always get consitent results for the transfer of PR.

As long as the?var=value is just a tracking variable, and isn't a redirect, I don't see any reason the PR transfer would lessen.
