Magicmomo,

Welcome on Webmasterworld.
Asking for a site review or posting a URL is against the TOS. [webmasterworld.com...]

You should edit your post and remove the specifics before a mod does it...

Sorry didnīt know that ...

but I have no idea why my site is banned. Maybe something went wrong, because my site was hacked? I have nothing on my site thatīs forbidden or spam.

Hey magicmomo, I had a chance to look at the site before you edited. Although I am just a new member here, but I sure could not see any problem with the site. Why don't you give us a bit more info (other than the url), like how old(new) is the site, when was the last time it was indexed? I noticed it's a grey bar right now. There is still this debate on whether a grey bar or a white bar means "banned"... need more info dude. :)

Hi Magicmomo,

How old is your site?
Was it previously listed in the SERPs?
Has it been visited by GoogleBot recently?
Was it online during the last full crawl?

Hi, Iīve just checked, if there is any page of my site in the index, but it isnīt. The site is online since 2001 and finally I had a PR of 6.

The site was hacked for one day with bad content. Maybe it was done by a competitor. My question now is, how can I inform Google about this situation?

I mean it is not so important to me, to get a high ranking, because I generate my business throug classical offline methods anyway.

What I do or whatīs the site about? I am offering usability services and some good information about webusability.

Hi,

You could email Google and ask for a reinclusion of your site, explaining the situation.
Here is a post from GoogleGuy explaining the procedure:

IMO it's unlikely you were banned for content that was online for just one day.

Without knowing anything about your site, my advice is: when you write Google be as candid as possible. If you were possibly at fault, admit it. They KNOW why you were banned and have caches of your site from previous crawls, so if you were using dodgy techniques, don't try to pretend you weren't.

Good advice, jomaxx. I heard about a request the other day where a "hacker" had broken in and put invisible text all over a site, and the invisible text happened to match the metatag keywords. Those dang hackers. ;)

Seriously, honesty is the best approach when you write into Google.

Wow a post of googleguy :-) thanx very much for your attention! Iīm always trying to be kind as possible, but my english skills arenīt so good...

I never got any problems with google. Even an erotic literature site I have designed, is spidered correctly.

But I have trouble with a competitor since months. So because I counldnīt figure out whatīs happening sometimes on my site, Iīve called my provider to check out his server configurations for security lecks.

I hope that everything will work out now.

I even took out coolmenus, because they use hidden DIVs for the navigation menu. By the way, will Google penalize hidden menu DIVs as well?
