I'm pretty frustrated and wonder what to do? DMOZ isn't helping. I've been waiting 3 months to get reviewed there and I think they're on sabatical... Any ideas? Is my html messing things up? Why does Google love my web alias (?) so much, and not my new site? Thanks!

As per Yidaki, best to remove your URL.
Had a quick look at your site and dont think that Googlebot will have to may problems following the links - might be better to tidy them up a bit but I dont see this as a problem.
If you type in allinurl: followed by your domain in Google you will see that you have got some pages listed on your new URL.
Best to try and build up links from other sites and not rely to much on DMOZ (Just treat DMOZ as a bonus link if you get one)

Further to my post....sorry had a further look :)
Try HTML links not Javascript - that will make a large difference.
However, since the domains are listed for now, by plugging the domain names into Big G, I found that both have a listing.
Clicking on the serp for domain 1 took me to domain 1.
Clicking on the serp for domain 2 redirected me to domain 1.
That's the exact opposite of what you said you did for your redirect.
