Having tried site search without sucess, can I raise the old question of 1*1 pixel link spamming of Google by slighter larger transparent gifs.

I was surprised today to find a series of sites using 4*4 pixel link spamming off their front page. I was actually looking at the coding to check their counter, when I noticed it in the coding.

It appears to be established that Google is picking up 1*1 link spamming, but why on earth do they not set the filters to (say) 15*15 pixels or higher.

Whilst there can be reasons (site search on single pixel link spamming) for single pixels on a site, there can be no legitimate reason for links, or series of links (complete with alt tags!) off such small gifs :(

Maybe I have missed something, or maybe Google has omited/forgotten to use a more "catch all" filter.
