I am not paniced cause I know it won't help. It is acturally a bit funny when I just tried
allinurl:www."mysite".com on www2, www3 and www-sj and found only 1 page indexed on all of them while i have over 100 pages. Checked my other site, same problem. Check my friends' sites, they are just fine (I am happy for him). I really don't care about the back links, especially the link exchange. Give me a PR0 if you want (I don't spam at all) But at the least, all pages on my site should be indexed right? Deep bot and freshbot came in April no problem... So, I am just confused... Anyone else are experiencing the same problem?

Nope. This is an OLD index they are currently using. It does NOT contain the latest and greatest crawl info, yet. The speculation is that they are testing a new algo/spam filter set-up on a known index. (an old one)

I think there are a number of people in this very worrying boat. But the word seems to be "Wait and see, it is not finished yet". After months of work, it is the only thing that allows me to sleep right now! I actually fear the Google God more than the Pope these days (As the bread the Pope gives does not fill the stomach. Potentially the stuff Google gives, does).

The first couple of updates, I was just like you. Checking and worrying. But the easiest thing to do is check in here everyday until it is done and see what happens.

Who's to say that the www2, www3, -sj etc results are the final update results, they may just be testing a new algo, it has not gone live, I would not start panicing until we see a change on the www index.

Strange things that dns of www2 and www3 changed to www-sj.
This is step in wrong direction, Google do not do it!

When you see 7 results in your favour, and one not, i.e. -sj it does create heart probs for some

I am now going into the the update pills market, keywords:
suggestions please ;-

Well the -sj has my new pages from the last deepcrawl. It also contains some old pages. It sounds like your site didn't get deep crawled last month.

It's not an old database that's listed on sj, and not a new one either. It's a mixture. But I'm sure everyone did get crawled just fine - the whole crawl just hasn't been added into the index.

One very good reason: Because it's not finished yet.

If we weren't able to see all this as it's going on we wouldn't know a thing until it was all over, but getting to see some of the changes as it progresses can give us some interesting and valuable clues.

Strange stuff still happening though!

I have 85 pages in www. and 112 in www3 - which is more than I've ever achieved!

A few weeks ago my pages in www. halved to 55 for no reason and a few days later went back up again!

It's mad and quite alarming at the time. But, wait 'til it's over before you get too disappointed or excited ...
