I stuck some description in the title attribute of the link tag <a title="..."

This allow someone who mouseover the link to see a longer description.

I prefer Google to ignore it but do they? Will they take it as spamming?

From what you say, you added title attribute text to help your visitors - and that's the reason I really like it, so I continue to use it. But I've repeatedly done "exact text" searches for title attribute phrases, and they do not show up in the Google SERP - I doubt Google takes them into account.

Those text that I stuck in are not keywords, they are specifications.

You've got no worrys AFAIK. As I said, title attributes do not end up in the Google index right now. And from what you say, you've done nothing that tried to manipulate Google.

Rest easy.
