I've noticed changes tonight regarding Blogger and Google servers. Is this the right forum to discuss this?

Sorry to reply so late in the thread. At the time of my posting, a bunch of IP changes were going on with Blogger. It seems to have settled down now. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed.
