or should links pages be static?

Let's say a site is in frames, and the links frame is divided into categories like

mysite.com/links/links-main.asp?cat=A
mysite.com/links/links-main.asp?cat=B

Each of these dynamic pages has a pr of 4, but will that be passed on to any of the links appearing on the page?

Hello fom 2001

Normally, most PR is supposed to be distributed evenly across all pages within the site. Dynamic sites are a bit trickier, but that's how they should behave.

In the case described there should be no problem, i.e. PR will be transferred.

I had some problems with the PR shown in the Toolbar for dynamic pages (see this thread [webmasterworld.com]). However, this seems to be just a problem of the Toolbar and have no effect for the real PR.
