I know that Google's search results are by far not as spammy as other search engine's results. Still I could not believe what I found today.

I site with duplicate content on more that 25(!) different domains, using heavy crosslinking in the noframe area and even deep linking to the various mirror pages at the other domains, as well as keyword repetition and keyword lists, got a PR of 5.

Immediatly I reported these sites, and I hope they will be gone soon. I just could not believe, that a site with that heavy spam techniques was not filtered out in the first place.

After Google has banned a domain name, how soon can it be used again (for example when the spammy techniques are removed)?

My site disappeared from Google due to a (at the time a I didn't know) keyword tactic I was using. I removed the "tactic" and e-mailed Google. They said they'd look into the problem and two days later the spiders started rolling back in.

I recently found identical content on 50 domains. These domains are interlinked and cloaking is used. The sites are in swedish, and produced by some software. Many of these get top results for popular swedish keywords. As these sites are to 90% identical, I can't understand how this can pass googles algos.

Of course I filed a report, but no response or action since a month.

It seems that google don't care about spam any more. I find spam all the time. And it is always cheap, simple tricks.

Re banned domains, if the domain is banned/penalised by the algo, I think it should re-appear whenever the spamming techniques are removed from the site.
