Adwords & Adsense Stats Delayed

not updating for a couple of hours

Anyone else notice if their adwords stats are stuck? Maybe it's just my account, but I wanted to check here before I send an email to them.

my stats have been stuck too... i also have an adsense account, they have been stuck as well. but ads seem to be displaying properly, so it just seems like a reporting problem.

P.S. Ads are still showing up via keywords listed before the stats went down. However, new KW's are not working since the stats went down.

Adwords and Adsense launched a new product today called the google web decelerator. It will slow down stats for all stat junkies.

This is an attempt to balance the bandwidth wasted by normal surfers using the new google accelerator.

Going on about 4 or 5 hours now. This is very strange for Adwords. Usually, they are as reliable as the sun coming up in the morning. :)

The stats, like the sun on a cloudy morning, are still there. You just can't see them for a little while.

Just clicked the "contact us" link within Adwords and got a page not found message. Maybe they have been getting too many emails and don't want to reply to all of them when they get the stats fixed.

The requested URL /support/bin/request.py?hl=en_US was not found on this server.

MarkHutch, I was having the same problem just now when accessing their Help/Support. If you go back and click the link again, it will work. Don't know why, but I just had to access seven or eight different support pages, and I had to do that to access every single one (reload worked a few times, but not all).

And if you look on the bright side, a year or so ago when Adwords stats weren't updating, one of my campaigns was overdelivered by 14x my daily budget - I got all the clicks over my daily budget for free :) If it is the same stat problem, there could be some very happy advertisers.

to be on the safer side, i paused my campaign for some time. its important to keep track of spendings.

We all are waiting for the update and are ( almost ) sure nothing is wrong. But if the delay continues and spills over to another day, i guess most people may hold their ads till stats update

Same here. My adwords and adsense stats for May 4 are 55-60% of daily average.

What troubles me is that the accounts are still active, the searches are returning my keywords and I'm not being able to monitor my spendings...

I think i will pause my campaigns.

I tried pausing my campaigns but they still show in google search.
