Adwords & Adsense Stats Delayed

not updating for a couple of hours

Anyone else notice if their adwords stats are stuck? Maybe it's just my account, but I wanted to check here before I send an email to them.

It's not nice being blindfolded.

Anyone received an answer from G? Or can anyone see some stats for today?
My thinking is they were stopped about at 0:00 GMT (UTC) or 16:00 PST.
Anyone has more accurate info?

Everything is stuck on zero for me also, no adwords spend and no earnings from adsense, been like this for 3.5 hours now.

I'm glad to hear I'm not alone...almost ruined my day actually!

But now I feel better, I'll be heading out to the beach for some beers! (I live in Thailand now, thanks partially to Google!)

For us the AdSense numbers ground to a halt around 5.45 PM EDT.

I know both the AdWords and the AdSense Teams are aware of them problem, but I don't have a status update.

Even if you pause will they REALLY be paused? Hard telling what their problem is. I am leaving mine on because from my history I have done well. All I need is repeats of previous days.

from my calculations yesterday's traffic at my end from G were about 85% of prev Wed... slow day?

and frozen Adwords stats at about 60% of what they should show...

It appears Adsense stopped for me sometime around early afternoon yesterday. I checked this morning an it wasn't even listing Thursday. Honestly I got a little close to panicing, especially considering Tuesday we hit an all time earnings high.

First thing I did this morning after looking at Adsense (and checking for any Google e-mails) was head over here!

I would imagine this kind of problem could cost Google a lot of money, I'm sure Adwords brings in revenues of several million $$ every single day...

Reminds me of the old days when Ebay would go down once a week.

Anyway, Google needs to be more proactive about communicating to its customers when these types of things occur.

I have a feeling more snafus like this are going to be happening as Google gets more and more advertisers onto the system.

Perhaps Google should give us all one of those $50 credits?

You would think google could put up a message when you log in saying something like 'sorry - we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our reports function'. Otherwise people check their stats and worry that there is something wrong with their account (like i did!).

Few Notes:

Adsense and Adwords are both working - on the publishing/advertising sides.

The Reports Are Broken

Unknowns, if the transactions that are occuring will credit publishers or debit advertisers. Either way both will cause some to be annoyed.

My first action this AM was also to check here to see if anyone else was experiencing problems - looks like the whole reporting system is broken.

(possibly the adword stats machines have been drafted in to count votes in the UK - they're experts in detecting fraud afterall ;) - if stats come back tomorrow am it's definetly the case)

Reports appear to be back online, but there is a black hole in the tracking during the downtime.

Does anyone here use the Google AdWords api? If so, did you write your own software or are you using 3rd party software? And are stats down there too?

Go to Reports and run an account report. My numbers seem to be accurate. I think that part is working.

I noticed this problem at 9pm CST on Wed.

My numbers were way too low on Adsense. Now 8am CST on Thursday they have not been corrected for Wed, and there are none for Thursday. Given how low the Wed numbers were, I would say they were not accumulating since early afternoon on Wed.

Mine too, and my earlier message was actually wrong -- I said the stats "topped up" to within a normal day, but actually now I'm seeing that the day was better than average.
