@gatormark...I can assure you that media.net is outperforming AdSense, and Chicory is outperforming AdSense by twice. AdSense has been absolutely pathetic.

If other networks are doing fine, why AdSense is down?

Oh, there can be plenty of reasons, ... also , one network can work great for one kind of site, and bad for another one. It depends of lot of factors.
Also, it's possible that Adsense has different rules to validate clicks / impressions than other networks. Like for example, "may be" Adsense is more pro activate at detecting invalid clicks. This is just a thought.
Edit: also I suspect that some ads are CPA and not CPC or CPM

AdSense is gone, back in the days it was one of the best and everyone's favorite. With 20k page views nothing to write home about.

Has anyone seen anything weird happening to their account today? Delayed reporting?
Something very strange has been going on with my adsense account for the last week. My income has halved despite my traffic staying the same.
Background: I used to earn about £45 a day until March 2018, when a combination of being hit by a search update which reduced my traffic, and possibly something to do with GDPR hit my site, and my income dropped to about £20 a day. Then almost exactly a year ago when I switched to SSL my income dropped to £12 a day.
It’s been roughly around £12 a day ever since, apart from the normal seasonal spike around Christmas.
On the 12th of July I looked at my earnings at night and was surprised to discover my income for the day was back at £45! I checked for possible click bombing but couldn’t find anything strange - I’d had a normal number of clicks it’s just my RPM had gone back up to where it used to be, all the figures looked the same as they used to! I checked the adverts on my site and they were showing good ads like I used to get!
The next day I only earned £6. I assumed there must have been a mistake on adsense’s part and they had decided to claw back the money I’d earned, so I decided to wait a few days before panicking. It’s now past the point where that money would have been clawed back, and instead of going back up, my earnings remained the same, and seem to have fallen again today. I’ve earned £2.50 and there are only seven hours of the day to go, my ad coverage has dropped to 60% (was 73%), and I’ve only had 22 clicks instead of 200.
Seriously? £2.50 and 22 clicks for a site that gets 12,000 page views?
I’m deeply suspicious that I’m the victim of some kind of trust algorithm. It’s just too weird that my income went back to exactly normal for one day. Like what happens with a core update when you’re under some mysterious penalty, and you get a surge in traffic just before they reapply the penalty.
I’ve checked on the boards and I can’t find anyone asking if there’s a reporting delay. Has anyone here seen anything like this?

Currently Yoyo Adsense is back.
Also Adense has discovered a new type of publishers
Just discount this month and August and wish a good September start

Just keep your head above water and hope for the normal mid-August rebound. Today is my worst day in over 6 years, but traffic is good.

@Sissi In a global study of people it was determined that that could possibly be the worst article of all times. Ironically that publisher was not using AdSense.

@NickMNS yeah for a second I wasn't sure if it was legitimate or part of some PNB.

@broccoli, I feel the same frustration about Adsense but I've a solution that works well for me.
Earnings with Adsense dropped through the years so I've switched to Ad Manager. Now I'm showing affiliate banners and in house banners to pages with affiliates first than Adsense. Coincidentally there's also a direct advertiser for a few months that pays me about €20 a day. I've few leads a day with €30 to €50 each and Adsense is fluctuating between €30 to €50 a day. My target is >€100 a day and it works most of the days. With only Adsense it was not even the half of it.

That sounds good Runfun. At the moment I am doing only adsense, going to check into that. Thanks

@Matador, there's only one exception because the affiliates should be good enough to replace Adsense. In my case the finance niche gives opportunities but not every niche has good paying affiliates.

Adsense is best for Finance niche. Even during the current weeks.

Just noticed that some of the leads are coming from Adsense: In the ads links search results you will find often your own website.

Adsense will be only accessible for a limitted number of publishers.
This is what 's going to happen, in a near future. The same way as for having the right to monetize Youtube channels, Adsense will start displaying ads only on sites with a minimum threshold of impressions. Like may be sites with 100K+ page views (with ads) per months.
