I'm glad the website isn't dead but I believe I found something that could decrease my earnings. I've a community so visitors generate a lot of pageviews. Since a couple of hours I see blanks where I don't have a passback or I see a lot of ads from my passback. So if a visitor generates a lot of pageviews Adsense stops to show ads from the network... not even with Admanager and other networks. I've to find out how to solve this.

you definitely don't have a good relationship with math

No, no, no... Selen has got the math all worked out, we are talking about AdSense. Earnings are now imaginary.

Just as a public service announcement, I have been seeing ads in Adsense from a popular Chromium browser (not Chrome specifically), promoting the browser's built in Ad-Blocker. These ads can easily be blocked by blocking the company's domain [browserName.com].

.. and I see text ads stacked on each other so that they look like there are 2 ad units in one (I didn't know Adsense would 'combine' two ad units into one).

Yes I've seen that too, a few weeks ago.

Google missed on their earnings today. They will tighten up screws as they are under pressure now.

I checked performance over the past 2 years - on paper it seems there is some growth because my account is in AUD which went to toilet.

Majority of traffic is US though, and when checking the data in USD my earnings are same like 2 years ago. BUT with 120% more pageviews.

It's not low paying niche, but finance!

@EditorialGuy - Last July you joined Ezoic-Adsense Combo. How is the Combo faring now? Looks like there is a systemic problem with Adsense. Do you see the same with Ezoic-Adsense Combo as well? Your expert thoughts are very welcome!

Adsense seems to be dying, earnings of Google collapsed and I've noticed something ugly what Google is doing with YouTube. They are promoting paid service to watch videos... but if ads won't show up and YouTube gets paid for the content of others what will publishers get from Google? At the end they can also promote an ad free browser with Chrome if users pay for it.

11.5% clawback for me. It's the lowest clawback of this year.

April 2019 earnings were roughly 10% of April 2018 earnings. If that wasn't enough of a kick in the teeth, I had 38% clawback for April 2019.

I found this forum in January 2016, looking for answers, when at that time Adsense also took a nosedive and bottomed out. I worked my way back up by making regular improvements to my informational site, pruned thin content, and consistently try to be a better contributor to the internet, albeit I have made my mistakes along the way. But here we are again, back to the bottom with earnings.

Use adsense through Google ad manager to use your passback urls for unsold inventory. It's a little complicated to figure out at first but it's worth it.
