Is anyone else seeing a delay? I'm literally seeing zero clicks, zero CPC, zero CTR etc.

For years Youtubers were making the majority of Adsense money, google punished smaller websites and blogs and made it harder for them to earn anything.

Its easier to make money on youtube, Ive read stories from a few years ago about people who were getting 40 thousand views per video on average but were making 30 to 40 thousand dollars a year from adsense on their video, they were getting video ads that pay a couple dollars that people couldn't skip.

plus most basic ad block doesnt block ads in video on youtube.

But now google made it harder you have to get a certain amount of subs and views to monetize.

Long weekend in India as well, plus a long holiday for the students. Keep low expectations.

Runfun, do you have issues with managing affiliate ads through DFP? Some places like CJ affiliates (aka Commission Junction) require that clicks pass them back valid referral from your domain, not doubleclick domain (DFP uses iframes).

Easter + end of quarter + week end = record low Adsense earning day for me, I did a double take when logging in. This Friday has been brutal.

AdSense tbh is the best way to celebrate April Fools. Clone the AdSense's suspension email and send it to your blogger friends :D

AdSense is doing terrible today.

Start of a new quarter. Adsense usually is weak then. Especially when the quarter starts on a holiday weekend. At least that is our trend.

@Koan, never thought about that. Maybe it could give issues but I've no idea how to recognise it. For so far 2 affiliate networks work fine but I'll message them within few days.

Runfun, I communicated with CJ about this in the past, they told me it was my responsibility to maintain legit referrals data, some advertisers may decline conversions because if it. I'm taking my chances still with DFP and had some successful conversions, but maybe some of my referrals also got declined without my knowing. DFP is the top service for banner ad management, I'm surprised this isn't a bigger issue.

I've opened a new subject at this board yesterday. I'm also surprised most publishers here don't use it because it's a sort of upgrade for banner advertising. Using only Adsense is something for beginners ;-)

Very pleased with the clawback for March, only 0.7%, my lowest for a long long time.

You have ad crawler errors, which can result in lost revenue.
Hosting Issues: Server Overloaded

What? What?!

Are you being serious? It's past 12 o'clock now so in theory, an April fool's joke is not valid anymore.

Google must have deemed that a lot of the clicks you got were completely invalid. Do you keep an eye on your daily traffic? I'd make sure that they are humans and not bots or something similar. Mind you, don't suppose as much you can do about it if they are nonhuman. How about accidental clicks, is that a possibility?

@Ironside I'm serious :(

I'm using Sucuri Firewall to block bad traffic. It can't be accidental clicks. But the CTR is up by 30% vs any month because of additional link ad. The manager from AdSense Certified Partner had added one additional link. That additional link ad however only made $150. All other ad units CTR is almost same.

Almost 1.4% clawback here.

April has started like March finished, pitiful, hardly any traffic and so few clicks they can easily be counted on one hand, yes, one hand.
