An unbelievably low EPC for me today from the USA at 18.2% of July average, honestly that's less than what I get from India!

Best descriptive word for the last two days earnings? Peanuts.

Okay, perhaps I should provide a screenshot of my earnings yesterday. I would say stats must be stuck, but then I consider how badly this has been lately. A click dump? Perhaps that could be in order. Even with a click dump, yesterday was perhaps the single worst day that I've had ever. Of course better than that first year perhaps, but this is the lowest of the low. I sure the hell hope that my losses here are going into the pockets of that upper echelon of publishers. If my fellow publishers can collect what I gave up, then it may not sting as bad. WOW. Frankly I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Something nasty has to be coming aside from the ugly button ads that are completely unrelated to my sites content.

I don't know what's happening. Got an automated warning from Adsense about a 60% drop on the 3rd August, and to check changes etc. It's nothing from my end, just a massive drop in CPC from Adsense. It recovered the next day, and then went back to being awful. Currently lowest earnings since I began with Adsense nearly a decade ago. I've pretty much given up on it, and seek to earn a living from other means now. The scrapers have won.

This EPC downwards spiral is unbelievable and especially so when this week I have had three out of my top five click volume days of the year:

Wednesday 1st
Monday 3rd highest
Tuesday 5th highest

It's my US EPC, from the beginning of July it's gone from USD 0.73 down to USD 0.21 today. I know I keep repeating this dramatic fall however I simply cannot believe that US bids have collapsed like this.

The UK looks positively bouyant with a USD 0.48 average so far this month.

I'm running about 10 cents a click less than last month. CTR up a bit but not balancing out. More mobile clicks which pay less equal lower overall CPC

Lowest adsense earning. Average CPC down by 90% compared to July. Adsense is dying.

The statement "Adsense is dying" should already give away that the poster did not research before posting it ;)

I've tested Media.net recently and the rates were horrendous.

I'm using media.net in one spot on each site. The RPM is a small percentage of AdSense RPM for me, but it's still good for a couple thousand bucks in good months.

I, too, use media.net in a few spots. It can do about 50% of what Adsense does but not on a consistent basis. Still, I like having it in case the worst happens with Adsense.

Adsense is dying.

Hardly.

Gave Amazon CPM Ads a shot.

After trying it in a major spot above the fold for one month it is slightly higher than Adsense but it only fills about 20% of the impressions. We backfill with Adsense so we are getting a good comparison.

If it starts filling over %50 we are going to try adding it on other spots.

Traffic is starting to recover, but revenues are a new low. Finally got a late increase yesterday, but it was taken back when I checked this morning.

Traffic seems ok, click volume actually +33% the last few days however US EPC still way down therefore not achieving much whatsoever, very, very disappointing considering where my EPC was only a month or so ago.

Revenue seems to be recovering on my sites too. Not all the way back, but it's going in the right direction. I had a question about regions. I'm in the US and the bulk of my income comes from US clicks. Is there anything special I need to do to make my ads not only also appear to European (and other) viewers, but also optimize the pages for them? In my setting I block virtually nothing except the #*$!/adult content. Thanks!

Since Early July until now my earnings keep going down! PAGE RPM dropped from 7.0 to 4.0,CPC dropped from 0.07/0.06 to 0.05...my views and clicks went up,but earnings and CTR/PAGE RPM just keep going down,I hope it's just 2 bad months, hopefully picks up around September & October.

My July earnings still haven't been finalized yet. Any reason to worry? Have you guys gotten yours? I usually get them a couple of days after the month ends.

Over the past 2 weeks I've had a huge surge in traffic because of something that went viral and am wondering if that somehow is causing the powers to be to scrutinize my site and not finalize my earnings yet.

First week of August was VERY strong; starting yesterday and today CPC prices have dropped by almost 50%.

My final numbers always come in the first of the month; I'm in the US. Are you in another country?

I'm in the US too. When I go to the payments page the entries for August are blank (says "No Transactions"). But above August under Current Balance it does say "Payable Earnings" and it lists the amount I made in July, but again nothing about finalized earnings. Usually I get an entry for invalid traffic around the first of the month. None this time. Worries me a little.

I see drop in CPC from January until now about 50%. Is it about the season or something else?

Seems to be a significant network outage affecting the west coast of North America. I haven't been able to access my sites, hosted in Vancouver, from Vancouver or many US cities, since 2AM PST. Proxies and adsense stats show the sites are there and getting some clicks from the East at Least.
I can't seem to find any news about a large outage though, other than amazon data services. Not sure if they would have any impact?
