Earnings last month but 0.00 unpaid earnings

I have recently sold my main website that earned a couple thousand a month and my remaining sites only earn a couple hundred a month.

I've taken a full time job (for now) and don't even have time to get on my websites.

I earned #*$!.XX last month, however it shows 000.00 in unpaid earnings.

From searching this can only be a deduction for invalid clicks.

First of all, how are can Google remove a couple hundred dollars and 100% of my earnings for an entire month without so much as even an automated explanation?

Second, I don't click my own ads. Heck I haven't even SEEN my own ads the last month. AND if I did happen to click one of my own ads, it certainly would have been by accident and only one time at most, although I'm almost certain that isn't even possible.

Hell I've been in the hospital with a broken leg, then I got shingles, I work an hour away from home, have two girls I have 50% custody of and I just moved into a new home. I don't have time to do anything but check my earnings to see what my check is going to be.

And right about now, I really need that money! It may only be a couple hundred dollars, but it's a couple hundred dollars I can't afford to miss right now, especially with zero explanation whatsoever.

If anyone can help me with this issue, please do so!

I can't help your situation; you probably need a Google employee to take a look and your best bet of catching the attention of one is on the AdSense Help Forum.

But as far as invalid clicks - that's a broad term that doesn't necessarily mean *you* did anything wrong. It could also mean that you experienced some unusual traffic (I sometimes get a rush of traffic from China on my Michigan-themed site that seems to click like crazy - and probably gets written down as invalid) and it could even mean that the advertiser defaulted on paying for the ads. So they're not necessarily accusing you of anything nefarious.

That said, there was a bug in August where some people got that 0.00 in earnings message (I was one of them) and it took Google till the middle of the month, but eventually they corrected it. So I wouldn't give up yet, but go check on the AdSense Help forum, in the Payment section, and see if anyone else is complaining about this. And add your voice.

Same problem here with finalized earnings.

"A payment will not be issued this month. Your unpaid earnings prior to October 1, 2011 was calculated to be €0.00"

I'm 100% sure this is a bug in their system because in the new adsense interface the column "Last Month" shows the correct estimated earnings for September.

Is anyone else seeing no finalized earnings for September?

I'm wondering if it has to do with switching to the new platform. Because I didn't switch until I had to, and that's when I noticed it at least.

I look after two accounts. One is still showing zero amounts for last month, the other is showing the correct figure, so they haven't fixed the problem.

I screwed up and using the old Adsense format at the last thing I see in payments list is Payment Issued ..
wasn't until the next day when I got a overdraft fee that I went in and realized that that Payment Issued was actually Last Months ! Yes that part is my fault I should have looked a bit closer.

So now I have a coupe hundred in over drafts coming through the LEAST I want from Google is to TELL ME (US)when Payment will ACTUALLY be sent..

It didn't affect everyone. You should have received an email now to let you know you've been paid. (That doesn't mean the bank will pay out yet.)

This is happening to me as well. I emailed support using one of the online forms and got a response back that said they're looking into it.

One account that wasn't affected received an email to say that its been paid.
I then accessed the email account of the one that was affected, and there was a similar email.

I haven't yet checked with the bank because they always seem to keep it for days on end to make more money on the interest. But I am confident that it is there for both accounts. Yours should be the same.

This is really unacceptable. We have posted on Google's own forum with others in the same position and nothing in reply from Google. Sent a message through Adsense where they take a screen-dump of the page explaining the concerns and no reply. It seems from the dates on Google's forums that this issue was known about around October 10th and here we are at the end of the month and it has yet been resolved.

Surely Google could have emailed or messaged the affected publishers with some kind of explanation? To just ignore people like this. Just what has the Mighty Google turned into?

I can confirm that we're aware of this issue and we're working to resolve it. Don't worry -- your August earnings were calculated correctly, and the issue appears to be a reporting error that is preventing those finalized August earnings from showing up as they normally do.

I'll post back here when we have more info. Apologies I wasn't able to update this thread earlier.

It is only the 29th AND a weekend. EFT doesn't happen over the weekends. Wait till monday or tuesday, or even wednesday if you are having a bank holiday.

I'd only be worried about getting paid if I was the only one experiencing this issue. So my moment of panic quickly lessened once I saw that others have same issue.

Google will pay, even if a few days behind schedule.
