Earnings last month but 0.00 unpaid earnings

I have recently sold my main website that earned a couple thousand a month and my remaining sites only earn a couple hundred a month.

I've taken a full time job (for now) and don't even have time to get on my websites.

I earned #*$!.XX last month, however it shows 000.00 in unpaid earnings.

From searching this can only be a deduction for invalid clicks.

First of all, how are can Google remove a couple hundred dollars and 100% of my earnings for an entire month without so much as even an automated explanation?

Second, I don't click my own ads. Heck I haven't even SEEN my own ads the last month. AND if I did happen to click one of my own ads, it certainly would have been by accident and only one time at most, although I'm almost certain that isn't even possible.

Hell I've been in the hospital with a broken leg, then I got shingles, I work an hour away from home, have two girls I have 50% custody of and I just moved into a new home. I don't have time to do anything but check my earnings to see what my check is going to be.

And right about now, I really need that money! It may only be a couple hundred dollars, but it's a couple hundred dollars I can't afford to miss right now, especially with zero explanation whatsoever.

If anyone can help me with this issue, please do so!

Google is Not communicating with Publishers on this Issue. What Part of "Not Communicating" are you having an issue with ?

We just want an Official Response..something beyond "we are aware of the issue"

It's stupid of Google, but there's absolutely nothing anyone over here can do. Your best bet is to keep making a ton of noise on the Google Help Forum.

That could be down to your bank. It may appear for you after 00:00 if you check it at a cash machine. I know some people are having a holiday in their country for monday and tuesday. Those people will have to wait a bit longer.

No, that is not the situation here.

I'm in the US and I'm familiar with how my bank works. Google has not issued the payment yet (for me and for several other publishers).

The payment would have been in my bank last week just as it was for several other US publishers after EFT was posted. Same as it was for the past 8 years :)

Something is different about this month that Google is still working out on their end.

Rodney, there could be other reasons as to why there are delays... ones that are not related to the glitch. I am surprised someone hasn't blamed Panda for it. ;)

Sadly, we have no ASA anymore. Your best bet is to go to the Adsense forum and make a noise there. At least they do have Google employees that visit the site... even if they do not reply straight away.

Yes, that's a good tip to try at the official Adsense forum.

Couldn't hurt also posting here as well to get opinions and experiences from other publishers though :)

You would think so, however, Google are not posting anything official there either. They added this issue to their "Known Issues Page" on October 20th saying that we would all be paid as normal and no action was needed. Yet this is not the case. They have NOT issued the payment, and remain silent.

I think it's extremely poor on Google's behalf to behave like this.

I got that response too almost a week ago. Today is November 1, 2011 and my unpaid earnings for September, 2011 still show as $0. Nothing received via ETF by my bank. This has a huge impact for me. It is like not getting a paycheck.

In sending a ticket to [e-mail] I've asked whatever Googler (if any) reads the message: How would you like it if YOU didn't get your paycheck. No response.

This is a serious issue, my guess is millions of dollars of unpaid earnings. Would like to see a national news outlet start covering it.

I have already pursued this through proper channels and understand his frustration at the lack of a response.

No worries, Samanthatouch. It's just that if you were thinking we still had an ASA (Adsense Advisor)... we haven't. I understand that you need help on this, but there is no-one here that can. The offical Adsense forum is the only place I know where they (Google employees) are active.

That's your advice? Wait 2 more days then start complaining. People have been complaining that things were wrong since the 10th of October, when Google said "don't worry" you will be paid as normal. That has proven to not be the case, many publishers have been paid and many have not. Google remains silent on the matter.

They have posted this update on the known issues page and obviously they are slow to understand the issue as they think it's just a display issue and not a payment issue:

Publishers with this issue have been paid as usual between October 27 - 29. If you are paid via EFT, you should have received your payment already. If you are paid via check, it is in the mail. If you are paid via Western Union, your payment has been sent to Western Union, but you will not be able to access it without your MTCN, which is unavailable because you cannot see your Payment details. We are investigating alternate methods for getting MTCNs to publishers paid via Western Union, and will update this page if we are able to offer another method of getting it to you.

Also, it appears that if you have a Google Affiliate Network account then it's somehow linked with your AdSense account so that is causing problems as well. Nice to know I'm not getting paid because of GAN (which I don't even use anymore)

Morning jpch You beat me to the punch line ..

AdsensePro discussed the issue a bit last night in adsense help forum .. that made all the difference in my attitude and outlook.. that's all we needed someone to give us an idea of what is going on

Now it makes more sense why it is affecting some Publishers and not others..affiliate network is actually doubleclick so the "synching" "reasoning" Google posted earlier as the issue makes more sense ..

My next step after I get paid is to close or de-link my GAN account so a repeat problem doesn't happen. If anyone knows how to do that or can link to a post that explains it that would be helpful.
