Earnings last month but 0.00 unpaid earnings

this cannot be right, please help!

I have recently sold my main website that earned a couple thousand a month and my remaining sites only earn a couple hundred a month.

I've taken a full time job (for now) and don't even have time to get on my websites.

I earned #*$!.XX last month, however it shows 000.00 in unpaid earnings.

From searching this can only be a deduction for invalid clicks.

First of all, how are can Google remove a couple hundred dollars and 100% of my earnings for an entire month without so much as even an automated explanation?

Second, I don't click my own ads. Heck I haven't even SEEN my own ads the last month. AND if I did happen to click one of my own ads, it certainly would have been by accident and only one time at most, although I'm almost certain that isn't even possible.

Hell I've been in the hospital with a broken leg, then I got shingles, I work an hour away from home, have two girls I have 50% custody of and I just moved into a new home. I don't have time to do anything but check my earnings to see what my check is going to be.

And right about now, I really need that money! It may only be a couple hundred dollars, but it's a couple hundred dollars I can't afford to miss right now, especially with zero explanation whatsoever.

If anyone can help me with this issue, please do so!

Umm, you can't. Some time back they made having an AdSense account a requirement for GAN. If you don't have an approved AdSense account linked to your GAN account, you don't get paid.

speaking of GAN anyone ever have any good results with it? I've tested 3-4 times over the years without results that would allow me to keep using it

Regarding Issue #2, affecting GAN publishers, note that this issue affects anyone who has ever signed up for GAN. Your earnings for both programs are accurate; however, the fact that your account is linked with GAN is preventing the payout of your AdSense earnings at the moment.

Thanks Rodney...just read thru that and the scary thing is there are some people claiming they never had a GAN account and they still haven't been paid by EFT. Could be a bigger issue than even Google engineers realize at this point.

I'm looking forward to my paycheck now more than ever...hopefully this week.

I *think* the bug only occurred if you weren't eligible for a GAN payout but you *were* eligible for an Adsense payout. There's probably all kinds of variables involved there somehow.

Some people had signed up for GAN and totally forgot about it.

I got an email update from Google that confirmed that I was part of this GAN/Adsense "glitch". I just hope they get it sorted soon.

My latest reply from Google actually addressed me by name...that's a first and shows there actually is a human reading my emails. They are definitely responding better now and I really think they didn't understand the gravity of the situation until yesterday.

Yea, that was me. I took all the GAN stuff off my sites months ago.

However, I did experience this "bug" in September, although they resolved by payment time.

Google seems pretty happy in their latest known issues update where they say they have resolved the display issue:

So Google have just decided to miss paying some publishers their money for October, just roll it over until the end of November.

Not bother telling anyone what they are doing, only that the display problem is fixed.

And the newest issue, our combined earning for September and October are showing a huge difference between "Estimated" and "Actual". Normally very little difference.

What ever next Google?

wow, I'm so excited that google has decided to roll last months earnings into next months earnings... Of course the fact that I'm in friggin south friggin america doesn't come into play doesn't matter to them, but how the hell am I supposed to get home? Lol

I'm so done with these bas*rds I can't even stand it. Sure I know that I'm supposed to keep money back to live, but after 8 years of on time payments, how was I supposed to see this coming?

Just got an update email from Google and the important part is here:

"For all active accounts that experienced a payment delay and whose September and October earnings exceeded the payment threshold, we will send a special mid-November payment. This payment will include all of your unpaid earnings from September and October, replacing the November payment that would have typically gone out in late November. To ensure that you're eligible to receive this payment, please log into your AdSense account as soon as possible and remove any holds."

So, I get paid late for Sept and early for Oct. I can live with that as in the 6 years I've been with AdSense this is the first time they have paid late.

Apparently their definition of Mid November isn't the same as mine (the 15th). Nothing like being precise with a payment date and showing some respect for all the people that have been affected by their mistake.

Hey Lame_Wolf...Relax! No need to start getting personal because someone on this forum complains about Google.

I have made mistakes and will continue to do so. I own up to my mistakes and if they involve me owing money to someone else I pay them ASAP.

I like the way Google Operates and have for over 6 years now. They generate 90% of my income and will most likely continue to do so.

What I, and many others, don't like is how they communicate. There is a difference in how Adsense operates and how the people running Adsense communicate.

If they send an email saying "Mid November" for payment that's open to interpretation but I do believe most rational people would say the 15th is Mid Nov plus or minus a few days. Now, you have an Adsense employee posting in their help forum around the 20th. If that's the case why didn't they just put that in the email? They are communicating conflicting messages on a subject (money) that is very near and dear to many people's hearts.

I hope this helps you understand my position a little better.

It looks like they are issuing a credit to publishers that were affected by the payments issue bug (got an email that went out to affected publishers)

My account is still affected (not issued or paid), so I hope they are still looking into what's going on.

Yes, 5% of Sept earnings up to $2000 according to the email I received. This was the right thing for Google to do. I received both Sept and Oct payment on Friday and hope everyone else that was affected by this error has received payment as well.

As I said before, love the way they operate, just wish they'd communicate better.

Unfortunately that is not the case with me.

Even though I received the emails that said payment has been issued I have not yet been paid and no payment has been issued according to my Payments page.

Still trying to get info from Google as to why.
