As the subject says... site dropped by 1 today and on sub pages! Any one else seeing this?

I've yet to see any increase or decrease in ToolBar PR for the vast majority of the sites (home pages) I pay attention to.
My impression is that we have not yet seen a full scale rollout of updated Toolbar PR data. One possible confirmation of my impression: The HuffPo Travel "channel" they launched last summer. It has strong links coming from the parent site, yet I'm still not seeing any green pixels.
