A very interesting article (including comments by Matt Cutts) has been posted over at PBS. It may be possible that it is related to the December/January changes

I took your suggestions and put my keywords in quotes,

GUESS WHAT

All of my RESULTS (with quotes) came back as #1 with the quotes for all of my keywords. What exactly does this mean?

Yeah, one of keywords I used to rank #1 is #1 when quotes used.

But only that now as far as I know, all others are way back than used to be, even if quotes are used

Have we discuss affiliate links here? Sorry if had...

All my sites tanked from SERP's on 26.12 has affiliate links ( well, banners to CPA networks and so..)

I remember some discussions on other forums where people were saying that Google is devaluating those sites with affiliate links..

Could this be a part of problem?

Google is getting rid of sites with affiliate links over time, that's true.

If your having an issue with a proxy web search site causing some duplicated content, find the ip and block the ip. The pages will drop out of google.
