>>We need reseller to perform his GoogleGuy dance so we can get a weather report. :)<<
LOL...
In fact GoogleGuy just gave a weather report this morning.
GG said that results of [66.102.9.104...] shall spread to other DCs and there will still be flux.
Hmmmm
Jagger 3 is right on schedule, and rolling out as planned to more datacenters as we speak! Please send all spam reports to [google.com...] and make sure that you use the keyword jagger3 in the description area. You can expect Flux over the next few days as it finishes. Continued by everflux for the forseen future.
Hmmm
did that sound like him?

I have 2 directories in my ftp folder - public_html and www
They both contain all the same files. It seems to me like I should delete one of them?
Also, what is the exact code I should place in my .htaccess file to redirect so I don't see non www pages showing up in the serps.
If your webserver uses Apache then try this code:
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain\.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]
If the update was supposed to address problems with supplemental results and the various canonical URL issues, then it hasn't even started.
Because we have no access at the moment to part-2 of this thread, allow me to re-post my shameless anti-spam promotion spot :-)
Don't wait to send Jagger-related spam feedback; I'd send that now. Using the keyword "Jagger3" at [google.com...] will get someone reading and checking it out.
>>reseller
i report the same site as spam before jagger and after jagger with keywords jagger1,2,3 but no results they arenot working as we work i think<<
Both Matt & GG have mentioned that the folks are going through spam reports. But I guess its a complex process, because they must verify each spam report just to be sure that they don't penalize innocent people.
GG also mentioned that it takes time to remove big spam sites from the index.
In fact some fellow members have mentioned in part 2 or part 1 of this thread that they have noticed the spam sites they reported have been removed.
One site that I watch, I type in a phrase without an "s" (big red widget) and the page from the site shows in the top 10 results. Then I type in the phrase with an "s" (big red widgets) and the page in down towards #30.
What is odd is that the links to the page as well as the text on the page is strictly "big red widgets".
