Making Blogger SEO friendly

I am hoping for some tips to help make Blogger templates more SEO friendly.

Turn on the archiving of individual topics.
Make the style sheet external (it is huge on default)
Proper Use of H# tags

Blogger (from the get go) is fairly SEO friendly from the beginning IMO. There's stuff you can do (as mentioned) but it's one of the better ones for SEO out there.
