My RSS Feed Validates But Behaves Strangely

My RSS feed at <snip> validates nicely and displays properly the first time I add it to Bloglines ( [bloglines.com...] ) or in Mozilla Thunderbird. The problem is that neither of these two seems to notice whenever I update my feed with a new item! Could someone please have a look at my feed and take a guess at why.

Depending on the version of RSS, there is something like "Pub Date" or something similiar which for the feed which indicates when it was last revised - make sure you are changing that value.

There is also a lastBuildDate field on the channel. Which of those two does what I want to?

Check out [rssdotnet.com...] and it will tell you what is required and what is optional. Make sure everything is correct and it should be fine.
