Closing JavaScript Popup Boxes

how to handle boxes popping up...

I've got an application that needs to have a login. I'm doing it in ASP.

I'm using JavaScript to create a cute little 450x255 popup window for the userid & password. It looks really cute, and I know how to write the code... WooooHoooo!

What I'm not sure about is...
After I validate the login, I need to close this javascript popup box and go to a regular size page...

How do you do that??

The code window.close() running inside the pop-up itself will close that window leaving the original. Just hook it up with your conditions for when you want it to run.
