Downward compatible chromeless?

Is there any way of making chromeless work on IE5-6

Hi all. Great forum!

One question, Ive been searching around for a chromeless window solution that opens windows in IE5-6 alike! Many people are switching to the latest WIN OS with IE6 on board and the darn app treats my old chromeless codes like a fullscreen-open! How blunt!

Anyone got something that helps for all versions?

Thanks,
Mark

Dynamic Drive [dynamicdrive.com] says their chromeless window code will not work on Windows XP from SP1 on, because of new security features.

That site is a major DHTML reference for many people. If there's a work-around for chromeless windows, I think they'd have published it. Instead, the notice was posted there in October, with no news since then.
