I have a navigation menu that was developed using JavaScript, when this is executed, the roll-over loans link, the first level of menus seems to be "hidden" by DreamWeaver Layers (red box). The second level of menu (“unsecured personal loan”) seems to be visible over a DreamWeaver layer.
Is there any explanation why the first level of menu is “hidden” and the second is visible?
