java e-mail sending

i creared a website in which i have a contact form like below:
Name:
E-mail ID:
Message Body:

here is a SUBMIT button.

when the user submits the button after entering the data in the above text field,it will go to the my company e-mailID.

so,what is required for this project.what are the files required.i want to make it in jsp.so please give me the details.
