rollover help

I am trying to rollover an image on the left, and have it effect an image on the right that is positioned higher.

I need to scroll over a name, and have their image appear to the right of them.

Can someone tell me how to do this? I've been everywhere and nobody has been able to answer this one for me.

Try looking for "disjointed rollovers".

I know of a good javascript for this on daxassist.com. It's also doable in CSS.
