rich text formatting box needed

I'm new to javascript.
I need a rich text formatting box to use it instade of the textarea feild .
I have the Appl_formresume_files but I don't know how to use it .
can you please tell me how to use Appl_formresume_files ? or give me a better rich text formatting box.

Try FCKEditor it is open source and free also freetextbox google both of those and you will find their sites.

I tried FCKEditor but it is very advanced .Iwant something similar to Yahoo e-mail tool bar.
